Full Moon Meditation

Sometimes the Full Moon can be quite heavy, and what its teaching us, is to create time to release. Release the heavy burdens of expectations, fears and worry. Ground yourself into the full moon with this simple posture. Breathe deeply to create an element of relaxation and rebirthing. Let go of the heavy day, release all burdens and align with the energy of the full moon 

chakra re-alignment

This meditation can be done anywhere. I like to do this in nature and when i can fully connect to the surroundings. Open and close your chakras with this meditation. Realign and clear the energy stored within you . Focus on your minds eye. Its a good way to de frag your mind, and start to work the energy system within us all. Great for releasing anxiety and lower vibrational feelings. This helps us to connect to our inner world, our emotions and offers time to understand whats at our core.
