Part of the Isis series we have worked on in January, to continue the comprehensive understanding of magic and transformation this Goddess offers.
We will continue the Shamen medicine wheel
Welcoming the spring section to advance our knowledge and support our inner wisdom
In the session, every attendee will be provided with a beautiful staff adorned with a beautiful crystal to set intention with, and create as their own, learn how to make smudge sticks, learn spells for personal growth, understand the use of herbs for ailments and then close with kundalini yoga and a sound immersion with Feng and Luna Gongs
Every attendee will go home with their staffs, smudges, home grown and made balm, recipes for ailments, spell book for growth and insight into their next steps. We will learn spells to enhance our gifts and to cut hexes. Use herbs to gather and use to cook with and hold Rituals with

Lunch is also offered at the on site restaurant as additional charge, or you are welcome to bring your own picnic as there are lovely views in the grounds

Radiance of the Soul is a transformative, multi-sensory workshop designed to awaken, align, and express your inner brilliance. Through a harmonious blend of Kundalini Yoga, crystal healing, gong meditation, and intuitive painting, this immersive experience guides you to reconnect with your true essence and express the light within.
We’ll begin by activating the energy body with Kundalini Yoga, awakening the dormant power of the soul through dynamic movement, breathwork, and mantra. You'll then be guided through a crystal workshop, where you’ll explore the unique vibrations of healing stones and learn how to work with them for clarity, grounding, and energetic amplification.
As your energy softens and expands, you’ll sink into the deep vibrational stillness of gong meditation, allowing the sound currents to clear blocks and restore harmony at a cellular level. Finally, you’ll move into painting through expression—a creative flow state where color and movement become your language for soul expression. No experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and open.
Come as you are, and leave illuminated. This is a space to remember your radiance.

The day will bring a completion to the Shamanic Wheel series started Autumn 2024.
A Hummingbird represents the longest journey our souls take. A constant journey throughout life. Delving deep into our inner wisdom - reframing and expanding preconceived ideas and patterns.
This event will showcase kundalini yoga, healing magic, herbs, massage, a guest speaker of healing oils and complimented with gong meditation and relaxation
It is designed to inspire the healer from within and will be a hands on approach to healing including massage techniques and ancient herbal remedies. Isis will be present with her healing guidance and our guest speaker has a lifetime experience of working with oils to enhance and deepen our understanding of their use. Interested?

Isis Goddess Evening

Truly brilliant evening. Sacred space, earthly tones and a collection of Goddesses to bring everything together. Our first circle bringing in the teachings of Isis - Goddess of a thousand names, the medicine wheel, tarot teachings, Kundalini Yoga and Gong therapy.
I took this challenge on to offer a comprehensive workshop that weaves the teachings of all these aspects, to bring a circle of women together who wanted to expand on their knowledge, raise inner wisdom, work on areas we avoid and open the doorway to their Goddess within
With the sound of drums and essence of Frankincense and Myrrh, we drank ritual tea and cacao, and delved deeper into our human design. Understanding the balance of all things elemental, energetic, humanistic and spiritual. We even managed a little woodcraft project to emphasise the teaching of balance and the feminine and masculine energy within. Much to the delight of our mischievous side
Well, I've been left amazed and ore inspired. Thank you to everyone who came and contributed. Under the new moon energy, Imbolc surfacing, winter ending and Isis guidance...it was beautiful. We were lucky to be graced with knowledge that The Retreat New Forest lays on a Lay-line. It is a magical place. I'm holding more events there, so stay tuned if this resonates

We are truly lucky to have a magical room with huge windows looking out onto the forest and fields. It's going to be a beautiful session as the sun rises during our sudhana practice, with warm autumn vibes 
A healthy breakfast is supplied by the award winning on site restaurant
We really can't wait to incorporate the shaman aspect. Featuring The West and how autumn plays a huge roll in our transformation. Within this part of the morning we will reflect, come together as a group and use this time to support our journaling and also create our feather smudge fans!
Followed by a guided meditation and Gong therapy. Excited is an understatement, we love what we do and this will be a wholesome morning. Michael and I work so well together and our teachings are always heart based
